Two people have reportedly been killed at a branch of Wema Bank in Ibokun, Oriade local government area of Osun state, following a bloody raid by well armed robbers.
Reports say that these robbers made their way into the bank after killing the security guard and also into the bank vault and left with a huge sum of money.
The robbers also made way with the Bank ATM machine. A resident was also killed during the robbery.
An eyewitness claimed that the armed robbers also attacked a nearby police station.
On the case of this robbery, A PDP spokesman, Prince Duran Odeyemi has blamed the incident on the inability of the State Government to equip the Police Force with proper arms.
