Akwa Ibom Election nullified

The Court of Appeal today in Abuja has nullified the election in Akwa Ibom State which brought Emmanuel Udom as Governor of  Akwa Ibom State.

This follows from a petition filed by the All Progressives Congress candidate, Umana Okon Umana, which claimed that the election was not conducted following good electoral conduct.

Before the verdict was reached, the panel enlightened the court on the importance of card readers and also pointed out that the Akwa Ibom Governorship election was marred with over voting.

Hmmmm. So which elections were actually conducted fairly without corruption?
Just saying because it seems several states are facing "Issues of Misconduct".

A re-run  election has been ordered to take place within 90 days.
