APC candidate for the Rivers State Governorship election took to the tribunal a suit against the election of April 11 2015 which brought Nyesom Wike into power as Governor of Rivers State.
After the tribunal ruled on the case, Governor Wike appealed to the Court of Appeal on the verdict of the tribunal. The Court of Appeal has now ruled the election null and void and has ordered for a re-run election within the next 90 days.
Re-run election seems to be a daily news in Nigeria elections. Just saying.
