The man with his picture below, Abraham Adasah has been convicted as he was brought before Justice Peter Kekemeke of the high court of the Federal Capital Territory sitting in Apo, Abuja.
He was convicted for allegedly presenting a false Diamond bank statement to the British High Commission with a forged letter from one “Honourable Ohenhen Nosakhare”, claimed to be the Chairman of Edo State Oil and Gas Producing Areas Development Commission with intent to cause the British High Commission to issue Nosa Ohenhen Ericson a UK visa.
Both Abraham Adasah and Nosa Ohenhen were arraigned on Oct, 13 and after the charges were looked into the justice adjourned the hearing till today.
So finally, Justice Kekemeke convicted Adasah on all the 6-counts of conspiracy and forgery preferred against him with a fine of N100, 000.00 (one hundred thousand naira) on each of the count.
