The former National security Adviser, Rtd. Colonel Dasuki was arrested by the Department of State Services in Abuja for allegedly withdrawing $2.1 billion from the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation during President Goodluck Jonathan’s regime.
The arrest of Dasuki follows a series of arrests. These arrests involved several of his former staff members, arms suppliers, and a former minister of state for Finance who was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission yesterday.
