The former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki who is to be arraigned today has expressed in a statement that he acted on the instructions of the former president Goodluck Jonathan in the 2billion arms deal saga which he is to be arraigned for today.
He has also expressed that he is not happy with the media judgement the EFCC has treated his case wiith as it might affect his defence during arraignment.
