The President Buhari while speaking to the British Secretary of State for Defence, Michael Fallon exposed the involvement of the Ex-president, Jonathan in the series of the arms deal saga.
He explained that the past administration under the leadership of President Goodluck Jonathan wanted to buy arms through shady means and this has put the country in a lot of economic mess and have led to several fraudulent ncrimes in the Country.
The President who since his oath into office also requested the help of friends of the Country and the International community to assist Nigeria in defeating the Boko Haram Insurgency facing the Country.
He further revealed that during the Last administration, lost over $15 million belonging to the country to South Africa because of shady procurement of arms.
He concluded by promising Nigerians that the money lost during the last administration will be recovered in this present administration as plans will be stated in the 2016 Budget.
