Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) on Tuesday has urged the Federal High Court in Lagos to dismiss the suit that was filed by the former Minister of Aviation, Senator Stella Oduah, alleging that the All Progressives Congress (APC) was responsible for her arrest and prosecution.
