The 2016 budget has commenced. The ceremony began this morning, Tuesday December 22 and has in attendance President Buhari, Vice President Osibanjo, Senate President Bukola Saraki, Deputy Senate President Ekweremadu and the joint sitting of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
All the formalities have been carried out, the Senate President, Bukola Saraki has addressed the house.
