Shooting in San Bernardino, Southern California has left 14 dead and 17 injured. This incident began at the Inland Regional Center, a state-run facility to assist people with developmental disabilities.
The police in the area engaged in a shoot out with the suspects, but these suspects in SUV fled the scene.
