President Buhari has submitted the full budget for next year, 2016 to the National Assembly. No idea when the budget will be effective but he has allocated the sum of N60bn for fuel subsidy.
This tell Nigerians that there is hope for fuel to be sold at normal price sometime next year.
Hope is soon enough.
