Following the killings of members of the Shi'ite Islamic group and also the abduction of the leader of the group, Ibraheem Zakzaky, his wife and son by the Nigerian Army. The Members of the Shi'ite group in Niger decided to have a peaceful protest on the streets of Niger State.
