Julius Agwu, a Nigerian Comedian popularly called 'The Genius' who is now based in the US was honoured as deputy Sheriff by the Sheriff in the chambers of the city.
He used this opportunity to present his book titled 'Jokes Apart' to the distinguished members of the chambers.
