This unfortunate occurrences are said to have started after CBN, the Central Bank of Nigeria, stopped the sale of Foreign exchange to a number of Bureau De Change (BDC) as a result of improper documentation which analysts analyzed and said would lead to inflation and also affect the profitability of businesses.
