Addressing reporters at the state house after the Federal Executive Council meeting, Lai Mohammed, Minister for information has blamed the Past administration, Ex-president, Goodluck Jonathan administration for the issues with fuel Subsidy.
He said Nigerians are paying for the inability of the past administration to control the fuel Subsidy during its administration having incurred debt running into hundreds of millions.
