The rapper Meek Mill is currently in court facing the charge of Violating probation after attending the AMAs without getting a travel voucher which he was asked to get before traveling.
His lawyer came to his defence saying, Nicki Minaj "would not marry a criminal or a bum."
It was even mentioned that Nicki is ready to defend the rapper as the two are serious about getting married. This followed the picture Nicki had earlier posted with a diamond ring on her wedding finger.
