Following the attack of the day before in Kaduna where the Army accused the Shiites for attempting to assassinate the Chief of Army Staff, Turkur Buratai alongside his convoy and also the Shiites accused the Nigerian Army for disrupting their ceremony and killing their members.
The leader of the Shi'ite Islamic group in Nigeria, Ibrahim Elzakzaky, has been arrested by the Nigerian Army.
The truth concerning the attack is yet to be known but the current situation reveals that the Nigerian Army after the attack, venged their anger and hurts on the houses and places of worship of these believers.
The Nigerian troops were seen demolishing the Shiites place of worship(Husainiyyah) and the residence of the group leader. This occurred between Gellesu and Sokoto road.
Proper investigations should be carried out on what really happened the day before.
