The former Cross River State Governor, Clement Ebri has revealed plans to deflect to the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The former Governor stated that as a man of integrity he knows that APC is a place where he can fulfill his desired political dreams.
He even revealed that he has been formally received into the party by Usani Usani, who was the immediate past state chairman of the APC, before emerging a Minister of Niger Delta Affairs.
