Hon Yakubu Dogara, Speaker of the House of Representatives through his aide, Ishaya Dangana while distributing food items and textile materials to the Christian community in Bauchi State. The Speaker also called for peaceful co-existence among the citizens of Bauchi state irrespective of their religious and tribal differences.
Dogara after congratulating christians as they celebrate the Christmas, emphasized his commitment to be good ambassador of not only his constituency, but the state at large in the House of Representatives.
The Items distributed includes 210 cows, 3,959 bags of rice and 4,500 textile materials among others.
Beneficiaries of the donation include, all poling units in Dass, Tafawa Balewa, Bogoro, Christian community in the state, widows and residents of Bauchi.
