A suit filed against the acting Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Uche Secondus, by Ahmed Gula, a former political adviser to the former President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan claiming that Uche is occupying the position of acting chairman illegally as the next chairman should come from the North east received a Verdict from the Federal High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Maitama.
Uche became the acting Chairman following the resignation of the former Chairman Alhaji Adamu Mu'azu after the March 28 elections.
The court ruled by Justice Hussein Baba Yusuf sacked the acting Chairman, Secondus from office. He has been given 14-days to vacate the seat.
