A lawsuit has been filed against Caitlyn Jenner for not paying attention to the road while driving and failure to brake on time. This carelessness caused a fatal accident which claimed a life and has been reported to have affected five members of the Wolf-Millesi family both physically and emotionally.
The five of the Wolf-Millesi were involved in the accident and has now filed a lawsuit.
