As the Muslims celebrate the birth of Prophet Mohammed, the president in a statement signed by Mr. Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, President Muhammadu Buhari urged the Muslims to use the opportunity to reflect on the teachings of Islam, and live a humble life of prayer, service to God and humanity.
He also urged that these believers rededicate themselves to uphold the injunctions of the Holy Quran in their personal life and in their relationship with others.
He concluded by wishing muslims; A Happy Eid-el-Maulud celebrations.
