The Currency decline in value seem to be hitting African Countries badly. Nigeria the so called 'Giant of Africa' is also on the fore front of currency devaluation. Just recently the CBN barred the use of ATM cards for international purposes.
Well, today Zimbabwe is facing similar fate.
Since 2009, Zimbabwe has used the dollar and the rand in lieu of its own currency, which it abandoned after hyperinflation of more than 5,000% made it essentially worthless.
Currently, Zimbabweans may soon be able to shop in yuan, after the government emphasized that the country will adopt the Chinese currency, following the cancellation of about $40 million in debt.
