Honourable Abdullahi Bello, a member of the House of Representative representing Okene/Ogori-Magongo with the All Progressives Congress has been asked to vacate the seat by the court of Appeal in Abuja.
This came as a result of a challenge to his election by Honourable Tijani Damisa.
At this sitting, a Verdict was reached that a re-run election be conducted within the next 90 days and that Honourable Bello, is to drop out of the election.
And the court has spoken..
