T.B Joshua's trial adjourned
The trial of the senior pastor of the Synagogue, Prophet T.B Joshua which was scheduled for today was stalled by the absence of four engineers who were to be arraigned alongside the Synagogue church's board of trustees.
A Lagos State High Court presided by Justice Lawal Akapo has adjourned the trial till 11th of December.
T.B Joshua goes to trial
As it seems , the Synagogue prophet , T.B Joshua will be going to trial for his involvement in the collapse of the Synagogue guest house building that killed 116 people last year. His arraignment has been fixed for today, Monday, November 30.
See what led to this,
In the aftermath of the building collapse, Mr. Joshua claimed that it was the work of a mysterious aircraft, which had allegedly been spotted above the building. He later blamed Boko Haram for the collapse, saying that it was a terrorist attack. The Pastor has since found to be lying on both accounts.
Mr. Joshua was also caught on an audio recording offering bribes to Nigerian journalists in exchange for favorably portraying him in their reports.
Is this trial in a trial for this preacher?
